Advertising Sales Representative
Due to the growth of our publication over the last year we are looking for another member of the team to sell advertising space both in our print magazine and on our website. We are looking for a creative, motivated and personable candidate who promotes a positive image.
The successful candidate will work from home on their own terms. A list of contacts will be provided as a starting off point but it will be down to the candidate to develop relationships with these contacts and research other leads to follow up.
This is a commision-based role, the successful candidate will take away 25% of all advertising revenue they sell.
This placement is for five weeks starting on the 23rd of April. The closing date for applications is Friday 20th April.

New Empress Magazine is always eager to showcase design and illustration talent. You may help with the design / illustration of promotional materials, print issues, or digital issues. We are unable to pay at present but working on our publication is a great opportunity for people wishing to build their portfolio or innovative graduates wanting experience on an established magazine. Film journalists / columnists
Ever feel like film editorial doesn’t quite cover the issues and ideas you’d like to read about? New Empress Magazine is working hard to change that! If you have intimidatingly slick review skills or have a hilarious but insightful idea for a feature we’d love to hear from you. A good understanding of English punctuation and grammar is expected as is an understanding of how to inject creativity and flair into a piece of writing. Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to pay but we will do everything we can to promote you and your work.
